Sampled at Lowry Park Wazoo in August 2008. Very tasty for a wheat--not too citrussy or yeasty. Tasty!

Tap: Golden yellow, hazy, nice white head and lacing. Nose of nice esters, light vegetal notes and a creamy character. The flavor is nice, citrusy and lightly lactic. Very citrusy, creamy, balanced. Nice wit, a bit light in coriander, but it makes up for it in creaminess.

Draught @ Papago
The beer after its extraction from the tap sets in the glass a light lemon yellow color, the head stands tall on the body and it texture creamy, the color a bright white with the lace a satin sheet to lie upon the glass. Nose is sweet malt, light hints of wheat, lime like crispness, fresh and oh so appetizing, start is lightly sweet and its grain profile perfect, the top light. Finish has a light to moderate acidity, the hops pleasantly subdued, quite dry and a very nice beer to quaff on a “Hot Arizona Saturday Afternoon”, went down so well I had two, a rarity as I’m not a big fan of “Wit’s”, well maybe I am after all.

~Strong scent of coriander, orange, and banana. Scent is similar to an Orange Julius.
~Coriander spice, orange peel, yeast, and banana in flavor.
~Light refreshing clean feel. Sweet finish.
~This is a enjoyable brew. Tasty, clean, and refreshing.

Draft at BJ’s Desert Ridge in Phoenix, AZ. Clear golden color with a thin white head. Smelled of spicy coriander. The coriander also came out in the flavor along with yeasty bread dough, honey, and orange. Slightly sweet on the tongue.

Quite a good witbier, fairly clear tones of coriander and citrus peel. A little light on the flavor, but enjoyable nonetheless.
