Draught at the brewpub. Yellow body with tons of cloudiness, topped by a snow white head. Recedes quickly but some lacing. Nose of wheat husks, banana, clove, oranges and spices. Flavor is actually pretty good, carrying over the promised notes with good concentration and heft. Fruity, wheaty finish on the back end. I like the way this one tastes. Light-medium bodied, appropriate for style. Finish is lengthy, banana, orange, clove and spices. Good.

Huge taster in Florence - citrus, coriander and spritz. Sweetish and light to medium body. Goes down easy.

Aroma was wheat but not great and needing more character. Light golden color and watery palate. Flavor was wheat and Belgian yeast with a need for more spice influence that Iím used to with this style.

Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at BJís. Slight haze to the light golden pour, soft silky white head. Aroma has some coriander, light bubble gum. Solid wit flavor with coriander, cloves, a touch of bubble gum. Thick enough mothfeel. Well done for a mainstream brewpub.

Pour is hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of slight white fruit, some sour fruit, hints of biscuit, slight spicy notes. Taste is a mix of sour fruit, some hints of grass, biscuit, spice, hints of fruit, finishing fairly sweet, slightly bitter.

On tap @ Chula Vista location: Poured a glowing yellow with white tint and a thin layer of fluffy head. The nose is spiced with coriander and true aroma of a witbier. Flavor is mild and does taste a bit watered down but thatís alright since enough coriander and spicy Belgian influenced yeast allow for a very drinkable beer.
