COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nutty Brewnette is a unique American-style brown ale. A blend of four different dark malts produces a flavor profile that is sweet with "nutty" notes like Newcastle. But a healthy dose of hops makes this beer hoppier and more balanced than most English brown ales.

Draft. A deep red beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of nuts - the beer was served very cold, so the aroma had a hard time to unfold. The flavor is sweet wtih notes of malt, caramel, and nuts, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Sampled draught at BJ’s, Burbank, CA.
Nut brown. Roasty, lemony and sweet with very cleanmouthfeel. Fizzy lightly smokey and somewhat nutty. Perfectly similar to a fizzier Newkie Brown. That’s what they were shooting for, wasn’t it?

Light chestnut colour. Nutty, cocoa-like aroma. Fairly sweet flavour with hazelnuts and vanilla. Sweet, thick icing sugar body with nut skins. A bit of astringency in the back. Not mailed in boring, but I didn’t go for what they were going for.
