2/28/15. On tap at BJís, Jacksonville. Clear light amber pour with a small khaki head, mild lacing. Dusty, husky grain aroma, a bit of a weird tartness, some funky caramel. Weird flavor in a way, a weird tinny, sour caramel aspect... green apple maybe. Reminds me of a crappy Mexican lager. Meh.

Yeasty, buttery, good strength. Clear copper, medium yellow head, good glass adherence. Barley malt flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. Solid, nothing fancy, true to style.

Clear amber under a thin off white head. Sweet nose with nutty tones and lots of toffee with lots of toasted English muffin. The flavor is off sweet with nutty grains and some toffee, with a lingering toffee aftertaste and toasted biscuit. Really nice with a balanced and refrained bitterness.
