[Draft at BJ’s in Boulder Colorado] A clear amber beer with a small dense white head - the head collapses, but leaves curtains on the glass. The aroma is flowery and hoppy combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is lovely hoppy with notes of hopsoils, grass, and caramel as well as hints of nuts. I hope to come back for this.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 fiulijn (12200) - Malmö, DENMARK - JAN 6, 2007
UPDATED: DEC 9, 2009 2009-10-13, draught at BJ Desert Ridge, AZ, 7-4-7-4-15=37 Hazy golden color; creamy head. There is a quite nice, but not too strong, fruity hop aroma (sweet oranges). Too much carbonation; good caramel flavor; the mouthfeel is quite dry, even if there is a medium body strength; the medium-strong hopping gives also some resins and fruit (bitter oranges) to this beer. Strong final. Pleasant.
2006-12-16, draught at the brewpub, Plano TX, 7-4-7-5-15=38 Hazy light amber color; thin head. The aroma shows some Cascade fruitness (abricots). Good body, malt, a lot of caramel, powerful hopping (they say Chinook and Cascade), of course with a powerful final (that still bears a lot of caramel). Very good.
