MaltOMeal (327), Land of Sugar, Texas, USA Oct 12, 2008 tap at BJ’s in Sugar Land. Pours a clear amber with a thin off-white head. Taste is grassy hops and a bit earthy. Taste was same as smell. Mouthfeel was thin with some bitterness. Not bad, but not great. alexanderj (1346), San Diego, California, USA Oct 11, 2008 On tap at Chino Hills location. Poured a clear orange/amber color. Aroma of bread, caramel, grass and some citrus. Flavor was predominantly earthy/grassy hops with some citrus. Caramel backbone added some balance. A bit too dry hoppish for me, but still good for the style. ABUSEDGOAT (1924), California, USA Oct 8, 2008 Amber colored. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, typical PNW style.
