Featuring intensely aromatic and flavorful notes, BJís Pookís Pilsner is a crisp, smooth German-style pilsner made with the best German malts, noble hops and lager yeast.

Clear light yellow body with a nice one finger fizzy bright white head. The nose is pretty rank. Thereís a heavy graininess to this, minimal hops, minimal to no bready malt. The flavor is super thin and watery, minimal to no hops in here, just a minimal bitterness on the finish. Really husky with lots of cereal flavor. Light bodied and very watery with fizzy prickly carbonation. Pretty awful Pils, this might be a pale lager at best.

(Backlog) On tap. The smell is corn, malts, not a whole lot. The taste is weak, malts, corn, and weak. The look is golden, clear, and has a light white head.

Yellow, almost no head with minimal lacing. Represents the pilsner style well, just nothing to go out of your way for

On draft, poured a golden yellow color, aromas of husks, light spice, and some sweetness. Flavors are the same, decent pilsner overall.

Flavor begins with a sweet honey malt, then turns to a bit of cardboard afterwards. Not bitter in the least, very smooth, creamy, and easy. Surprisingly unfiltered.

On tap at BJís in Allen, Texas. The beer pours a clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the wheat and pilsner malt. The flavor is similar, with a lot of the pilsner malt and grass coming through. There is also a little bit of earth and a hint of light citrus. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not bad.
