Pours pale straw with a thin white head. Hops dominate the nose. Very hop forward with fairly low malt presence. Thin body; quick finish.

Oct 5, 2008 (On tap at BJ’S Brewhouse for Beer Club Meeting on October 3, 2008) Bright yellow color. No carbonation, really. Sweet, bitter smell. Nice pils, but a little astringent. Lovely, really. Wow, my wrist is freezing up from the temp of this bugger.

Aug 25, 2008 Clear, light yellow. FLuffy white head. Sweet, corny, adequate garden-variety pils hops. Nothing fancy, standard stuff.

Aug 6, 2008 on tap at willowbrook. Has a clear golden color with a small frothy white head. The aroma is corn malt and wheat. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a sweet corn malt and a dry finish. Not too much going on with this one.

Mar 22, 2008 On tap at the Plano, tx location. Pours a yellow color with a tiny white head that is quickly gone. Nose of corn and wheat. Tastes like corn and wheat, with a dry metallic finish. Refreshing, but nothing special taste wise.
