On tap at the real ale fest. One of the best pale beers there, nice and spicey with some pepper, cloves, apples, oregano and yeast. Slightly hoppy very nice carbonation. very crisp and refreshing. Was catalogued as Summertime Saison

Pours amber with a medium white head. Aroma is very Belgian in character- lots of cloves, coriander, raisins, and very yeasty. Flavor is dry with no real bitterness present. Very nice.
