3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at BJís in Elk Grove, CA. Looks great, black with a creamy tan head and outstanding lacing. One dimensional aroma of coffee and caramel, with flavors to match. Body starts somewhat watery, but fills out toward the end. Not bad, but not great.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a thick black with fluffy tan head that leaves light lace. Aroma is roasted malt, slight dark chocolate, and soy. Tate follows, almost like a dry stout. Creamy mouth, probably nitrogen carbonated, and no hint of the booze. Pretty decent.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Hillsboro location. This is poor for an Imperial Stout, but not terrible. Bad expectations! Pours a pure black color with a medium brown head. The nose is cocoa, very sweet oddly, some light roast. The flavor has something bordering on diacetal here, very sweet popcorn, cocoa, caramel, more sweetness. Only a light roast. Little fruit, some nuttiness.
