Head is creamy tan that quickly disappears, and the beer is dark reddish black. Burnt aroma with corky red wine caskiness. It has a crisp brown sugar sweetness with a bitter aftertaste that’s a lot milder than the aroma suggests. Buttery flavor and texture.

Nov 26, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a huge creamy and tan head. Roasted malty and dark breadish aroma. Sweet malty to chocolate flavoured with a distinct breadish and roasted malty flavour. Sweet and roasted lingering malt finish with a mild acidic to bitter touch, although subdued.
