In aroma I sense a lote of milk chocolate notes, coffe and some vanilla notes. Unfortunately in aroma is possible to feel some cooked vegatables note, of course not strong. In the background I sense a little bit alcohol. Beer have almost brown head which is disappear completly. Porter is dark with rubin reflex and clear. Taste fo beer its a lot of alcohol which warm up mouth, well carbonation, not to high, full body. Low bitter, and some source from roast malt. Could be better in this part. Really nice beer for late autumn or winter. I think this beer is worth to recommend as baltic porter for long winter evening.

Bottle 0,50L. Very dark amber color with small, frothy, light brown head. Aroma of dark chocolate, strong coffee and cask wood. Taste starts moderate sweet, followed by instant coffee and a bit less sweetness at the end. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Alcohol is well hidden, but this beer is too sweet for me.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place in Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Brown. Aroma of malt, caramel, nuts, some roast, a chocolate note. Sweet flavor with caramel, roast, a bit of chocolate, some nuts, and a bit of licorice notes. Medium-bodied.

Niemal wodnisty. Na pewno nie powtórzę.

Pite jako: Witnicki Porter Lubuskie 18,1% (przekierowanie do Black Boss-a), piwo zakupione w maju nad Bałtykiem, chwilę poleżakowało. Wygląd: Piana jasna, gęsta. głównie drobno pęcherzykowa. Ciemna barwa z rubinowymi refleksami. Zapach: palony, skórka od chleba. Smak: Czekolada mleczna, nuty kawowe, lekki alkohol. Ogólnie: Dobry porter.

Deep ruby body, small white head, leaves only ring after a minute or so. Repulsing strong aroma of solvent and sulphur attack at first with addition of some fruits (berries, apple), only after warming up some good notes appear - licorice, plums - but so does butter, loads of it. Taste opens with sulphur, pharmacy and harsh alcohol, also some butterscotch, dark chocolate and dark bread crust. Medium body, low carbotination, astringent finish. Side note: it was one month past due date, and it’s probably only reason why anything good could’ve appeared in it. Utterly awful.

Piana różnopęcherzykowa, berzowa, początkowo nawet ładnie lepi szkło ale szybko znika. Kolor czarny, nieprzejrzysty. Aromat siarkowy, niewielka słodycz, brak goryczki, brak kawy, wyczuwalny alkohol. Smak alkoholowy, słodyczy jak na lekarstwo. Finisz krótki, rozgrzewający, Jak na portera słabo oblepia usta.
