At first I thought that what I was drinking was the celebrated Black Boss porter. However, it turned out to be a domestic version of this export beer, with slightly lower ABV and different packaging. Dark colour, creamy lasting head. Smooth taste, roasted caramel taste with some slight fruity notes. Very strong coffee flavour. Little bitterness, pleasant end, very smooth and creamy. Very good porter, Polish porters are always good.

500ml bottle at London Drinker BF 07. Very dark ruby colour with bubbly dark beige head. Slightly buttery porter. Butter and some toasty aroma. Slightly sweet, slightly sticky in mouth, some charcoal towards the end. I like it. Bizarre, but flavoursome. 3.3/5.0 Re-rate bottle at Kent BF 07. Rich malts, liquorice, decent prickly hop on end. Very coffeeish. Beautiful coffee flavoured beer. Superb, slightly strong beer. Smooth and rather luscious.

Great with ice cream, this beer shows off a wonderful lactic tartness that provides a balance to the deep roast that seems pretty tame to begin with. The alcohol is subdued, the body is full - I really enjoy this beer.
