COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This aromatic, easy-drinking, hoppy American wheat beer has a great Belgian yeast ester influence. She is very nice, smooth and also fruity. Watch out though, because she will drop your drawers if you are not careful.

At the Wyoming brewer’s fest it is a cloudy golden color with a white head. The aroma is hoppy and the taste is a fruity flavor that resonates lemon overtones and is quite refreshing

Slightly hazy golden with a thin foamy white cap. Clean but very estery wheaty nose with a touch of bright tree fruit. Nice clean wheaty flavor with plenty of Belgian tree fruity esters and a light bubblegum tone with a clean semi dry finish. Really nice and unique.

14 oz at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is wheaty with spicy hops and gentle fruity esters. Body is medium and fits well. Good earthy bite with light hints at bananas and wheat. Straightforward wheat beer. Not a lot of citrus or spice.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a cloudy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, wheat, fruitiness and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, wheat, light fruitiness and light yeast with a crisp dry lingering straw finish.

On tap at Black Bottle. Appearance: finger of white head, straw yellowish orange, very cloudy. Aroma: orance juice, wheat. Palate: lively carbonation, light body. Taste: sweet throughout, but not cloyingly. Overall, drinkable, and thirst quenching.

Pour on tap at the brewery, slightly hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of slight fruity and peppery esters, hints of grass, slight orange, peach notes in there, touch of biscuit, hints of spice. Taste is a mix of white fruits, spice, esters with fruit, slight grass, biscuit, and bready notes, finishing with some slight tropical fruits as well.

Tap at Black Bottle - hazy gold - some honey in the nose, some bubblegum esters, light melon, citrus zest - flavor is medium sweet, with a light tang and melon rind - some orange peel - light pepper - a medium crisp mineral finish - not too shabby.
