This aromatic, easy-drinking, hoppy American wheat beer has a great Belgian yeast ester influence. She is very nice, smooth and also fruity. Watch out though, because she will drop your drawers if you are not careful.

From growler. Pours hazy yellow oranage with a small white head that goes to a thin film that laces the glass some.

The aroma is sweet wheat malt with banana and a little clove. Citrus comes out as it warms.

The flavor is sweet wheaty malts with a lot of citrus fruit and some banana and clove in the background. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, an interesting wheat with citrus and yeasty banana.

On tap @ Black Bottle. Slightly hazed golden orange pour with white foam. A mix of banana and pear esters to it. A fair amount of bready malt and some nice sweetness, particularly to the flavor. A subtle spiciness to the finish. Maybe a hint of vanilla in there as well. A touch of sweet rolls, too. Pretty nice.

This is cloudy orange with a white head and little spots of lace. It’s got a mild yeasty nose, just a touch of banana. It’s medium bodied and somewhat creamy. Some sweetness brings out a touch more banana and there is a touch of earthy, vegetable bitterness in the finish. This is a tolerably good beer to drink.

At the Wyoming brewer’s fest it is a cloudy golden color with a white head. The aroma is hoppy and the taste is a fruity flavor that resonates lemon overtones and is quite refreshing

Slightly hazy golden with a thin foamy white cap. Clean but very estery wheaty nose with a touch of bright tree fruit. Nice clean wheaty flavor with plenty of Belgian tree fruity esters and a light bubblegum tone with a clean semi dry finish. Really nice and unique.

14 oz at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is wheaty with spicy hops and gentle fruity esters. Body is medium and fits well. Good earthy bite with light hints at bananas and wheat. Straightforward wheat beer. Not a lot of citrus or spice.
