COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You don’t have to be a Plumber to find the humor in cracking one open. Plumbers Crack Ale is brewed using Liberty, Mt. Hood and Perle hops to give it a pleasant "green hop" aroma, a touch of Minty bitterness finishes the beer just right. Brewed to be a session beer you can enjoy anytime all the time.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker. Pours dark amber with small off-white head. Medium body medium carbonation, and slightly slick texture. Taste is slightly toasted caramel malt and finishes slightly minty hops.

Light grain aroma. Pours a reddish-amber, with a thin white head. A bit more bitterness then I usually expect in a Kolsch, without the usual crispness. This comes across more of an amber ale. A drinkable beer, nothing out of the ordinary.

shigadeyo (2399) - Harrison, Ohio, USA - JUL 11, 2009

July 17-19, 2008: Plumber’s Crack has an earthy, biscuit-like aroma with green, leafy hops, and a toasted toffee maltiness in the flavor. It is also slightly nutty (pecan maybe). This medium-bodied beer is smooth, copper-colored, clear, and has a creamy off-white head. Not bad...

Draught sample at Skipper’s Bar & Grille in Athens, Ohio during Ohio Brew Week 2008. Rating #2 for this beer.

OhioDad (2491) - Hilliard, Ohio, USA - JUL 22, 2007
On tap at Skippers during Ohio Brew Week - Pours golden with a short white head. Aromas of bready malts and slight german hops. Flavor is bready as well with slight german hops. Smooth with a crisp and clean mouthfeel and a lingering sweet finish.
