3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Nephilium (1152) - Ohio, USA - AUG 7, 2011Light grain aroma. Pours a reddish-amber, with a thin white head. A bit more bitterness then I usually expect in a Kolsch, without the usual crispness. This comes across more of an amber ale. A drinkable beer, nothing out of the ordinary.

July 17-19, 2008: Plumber’s Crack has an earthy, biscuit-like aroma with green, leafy hops, and a toasted toffee maltiness in the flavor. It is also slightly nutty (pecan maybe). This medium-bodied beer is smooth, copper-colored, clear, and has a creamy off-white head. Not bad...
Draught sample at Skipper’s Bar & Grille in Athens, Ohio during Ohio Brew Week 2008. Rating #2 for this beer.
