A dark golden beer - not the strongest so good as a session ale. Subtle hoppy finish....

berkshirejohn (4526) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 13, 2013
Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Pale amber with a loose white head; grassy aroma; sweet and grassy to start and then with a growing bitterness; and a fresh and crisp finish. I assumed that this was a "real lager" rather than a bitter - and jolly nice it was.
