Amber with a medium short cream head. No bubbles. Scent is spicy and floral. Quite thin. Very fruity with lots of berries, toffee and apple. A bit too much sugar for my liking.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Slightly unclear golden colour, off-white head. Nose of biscuit, caramel. Flavour is biscuit and toffee, a bit fruity. Fairly dry and fairly bitter finish. Good drinkable.

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2010. Pale chestnut, thin ivory head. Bit of rubber, but rest of it is pretty good, some orange fruit. Decent, if a the rubber edge isn’t great. OK hop on end.

A Mes rate: Cask at the Wenlock.
Dark brown but translucent. Dry and sour nose with wooden accents. Really pleasing. Flavour is almost completely different. Nice malt, good grassy hops. Straight forward but nicely balanced and enjoyable.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2010 Fem 2007 Dover Beer Fest 2007. Delicious old fashioned beer. Wonderful balance of hops and malt. Fresh and invigorating. Yummy. A suppable and gulpable pleasure - very moreish. [3.9]
Feb, 2010 Dover Beer Fest 2010. A clean, fairly dry and drinkable ale. OK. [3.2]
