Cask at the Pretty Bricks, Walsall. Poured a clear golden brown with a thin white head and broken lace. The aroma is malty with citrus notes leading to a medium bitter malty peachy flavour. The palate is super smooth. A really satisfying session beer from BCA and perfect for the fireside.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2014 Cask at The Kings Head, Leicester. Amber ale with a hoppy honey caramel aroma. Very drinkable ale, warming with a lightly bitter finish. Tastes lighter than the 5% ABV. Drank this again (cask) at Leicester CAMRA Beer Festival 2014 and rated this exactly the same.

Cask. Goldeny amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel and crystal malts along with some wood, floral notes and toffee. Flavour is rather similar in a nice bittery way. A bit watery as for the palate.
