Brewed at Trafalgar. The new beer captures the essence of pumpkin pie that’s rich in aroma and spicy in flavour. The beer uses real pumpkin in the brew kettle and is infused with a blend of spices including nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon prior to fermentation. The result is golden ale heady in spices and flavor.

Bottle purchased at the Dundas LCBO. Pour is orange/ brown with a white head that dies down to about a half finger, also a fair amount of lacing too. Smells, well of pumpkin of course, and some spice. Tastes rather spicey, nutmeg for sure and cinnamon, pumpkin too.

My first pumpkin ale of the season. Pale amber pour with a thick off-white head. The aroma is fairly spicy with notes of cinnamon and allspice primarily. A fairly moderate palate with a little bit of soft sweetness. Low bitterness and a little bit of lingering spiciness. Pretty typical for the style, but it’s decent enough.

Bouteille 500 ml. 5%. Couleur ambrée-orange. Arôme de citrouille, cannelle, muscade et de tarte à la citrouille. En bouche, de la tarte, un peu d’épices pas trop piquantes. Très bonne.

Smells rich in pumpkin aroma with some cinnamon like scents but pretty much tastes like a lager with a little bitterness. Pours orangy amber. Boring. Bottle

500ml bottle from the LCBO. deep orange with a persistant tan head. well spiced, malty and pumpkin flesh nose. the flavour is a little flabby and vegetal. not the best pumpkin beer ive had, but still ok overall.

Opaque brown amber with a nice frothy thin lacy off-white lasting head. Looks like some damn good dark wort. Smells of deep pumpkin pie and malt with some light hops. Medium Thin body. Light sweet pumpkin, spices, wood, with a bitter slightly harsh. Nice but slightly earthy.
