GABF 2010. Pours a clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma is light herbal hops, then spices added- ginger, cardamon black pepper, toast, light bready mlats, crackery and grassy green hops. FLavor is spicy belgian yeast kick, peppery, phenolic, crackery light corn, more spice- ginger lemonzest, mint then a dry easy finish. Not bad.

G.A.B.F. 2008: Golden pour with a creamy white head. The aroma is heavily spiced with tons of ginger and spruce. Very natural. Nice body with a pleasant spice presence. Soft ginger, cardamom, spruce and a nice malt back proving soft sweetness to balance the layers of complex spices. Very interesting ans nice.
