5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Draft: great head on the glass. Great aroma with a pine smell. The balance between the malt and hops are spot on. This is a great double IPA.

Liked this beer a lot. Smelled like the dank. Nice malt flavor - not to bitter.

Big delicious Double. Excellent lace, nice hazy orange. Beautiful beer. Damn good. Malty, creamy, grainy, perfection. Super grapefruit beer. Grapefruit rind through out. I just had Brew Dog Hardcore IPA and Rampage wins hands down. Super super delicious from beginning to end.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottle. Nice copper brew with pillowy white head and decent lacing. Pungent resinous hops with chive and a touch of pine and a vet faint whiff of sweetness. No real sweetness in the flavor- resinous, bitter, and dry. Slight graininess. Slow in the mouth but not because its thick- more of a combo of carbonation and warmth. Nice bitter finish. Just like I like it.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours murky gold with a medium off white head. Aroma is off the charts - citrus rind, grapefruit, pine, mango and maybe even guava!! Awesome!! Taste is a well balanced blend of the above fruits & a smooth DIPA malty background laced with a little black pepper bite. Truly complex & well made. Thereís a clean fruity sweetness that maintains throughout the palate along with a pleasantly smooth & chalky mouthfeel. One of the BEST Imperial IPAís Iíve had!!

A lot more malty than other ipaís I have had. Not a bad thing. Super aromatic. Love the hop punch in the taste buds.

This is a pretty solid beer all the way through. Good hop aroma, fine orange color. Flavor is pretty consistent, even at slightly warm temperatures. I nice sipping beer.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
BIG expectations here, going to be awesome. 65 cl bottle, 9%, 88 IBU, 5.50Ä, sadly last bottle found on the shelf.
Cracked it open, strong aromatic hops and IPA smell right off the cap.
Appearance: Pours dark copper to orange color, partly hazed, not excessively, big smooth creamy offwhite-yellowish head.
Aroma: Right on the nose, amazing, it has THAT aroma of IPA. IT focuses greatly on the huge, pachidermic amount of american hops, leading to intense fruityness with orange on top, candy orange, pineapple and citrus, lors of resin, some grapefruit and pine. Malt component is smooth, bready, filling in nicely with shades of caramel and sugarcane. Bittering hops glues everything together in the finish. Excellent blend.
Taste: Surprisingly balanced within the massive amounts of ingredients, it finishes up to be 88 IBU, so definitely bitter, but also dampened by sweet malts componends, leading to and intense, aromatic, fairly dry finish. Alcohol is absoltely hidden, it does put gas on fire, but stays behind the scenes.
Palate: mouthfilling, silky texture, umami and tasty not overly thick however. Full bodied, proper soft carbonation. Alcohol does not burn, and itís pleasing.
Overall: Amazing, truly amazing, turned out to be as expectations, a great reward. This is a perfect IPA base, pushed over its limits, i do believe Black Diamond put a lot of efforts into it, and itís absolutely worth.
