4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Superb white IPA. A lot of times I feel that the Belgian yeast gets in the way of the hops or vice versa. Here, beautifully balanced. A-

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle:   Dirty orangish straw, huge chunks of sediment, large foamy off-white head, nice lacing.   Wow, havenít seen chunks that big for a while.   Citrusy hop nose, pale floral notes.   Stale and somewhat wet hop to start, a little citrusy.   Not too bitter.   Seems like an aged IPA.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Soft citrus based finish.   A very soft IPA, not too bitter.   Bigger than a pale, but perhaps more of a 3/4 IPA.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I donít know what makes a white IPA but I am not a fan. I tried the one from Alaskan Brewing and hated it. This has a similar taste. I guess I am a traditional hop head. Both of had an overbearing oily taste and texture. White apparently means no caramel. Probably my last one in this style.

Part of the sampler at the Tap Room in Concord CA. Smells of lemon and other citrus fruits. Smooth on the palate and well balanced between hop and malt.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured a half finger of head on a hazy, medium straw colored body.
The aroma is subtle lemongrass and pine.
The taste is a bit jumbled. Some mild bitter lemon mixed with a soft wheat taste.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
Iím not excited about this beer but itís not bad.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Medium gold body that shows a bit if haze under a tall, frothy, mostly white head.
Fruity aroma with some Belgian yeast notes. A hint of spice.
The flavor is lightly bitter with a tart, lemony sourness in the finish.first sips are a bit odd at first, subsequent tastes not so much so.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bomber pours with a clear copper body and gold hues while supporting a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up lime, sour yeast, orange peel and a light note of sugary malts. The taste is similar with up front fairly rich citrusy malt sweetened lime and grapefruit mixing with sour yeast notes. It ends with emerging citrus to resiny hop bitterness that creates added depth.
