Part of the sampler at the Tap Room in Concord CA. Smells of lemon and other citrus fruits. Smooth on the palate and well balanced between hop and malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Foamy, cloudy. Cerealish. Bright hop flavor - nice bubblegum. Intrusive malt. Harsh bitter. Very dry malt. Some lacing from all that over-foam, though huge bubbles. Chill haze beyond slight tossled pour that might have left some lees in the mix. Soapy. Harsh. Comes up short.

12 oz. bottle from Del. Pours a clear dark golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have grapefruit citrus, grass, toasted bread, some earthy and herbal character, moderate bitterness to a toasted, dry finish. Just a hint of sweet tea to the finish also.

From an old note, from somewhere on a trip to Tampa... light lemony, pepper, wheat grain, malt, citrus, oily. - 6.2

Not a bad Belgian IPA. Pours straw, lots of head, foams up and gives you that olfactory rush of florals and Belgian yeast.

Superb white IPA. A lot of times I feel that the Belgian yeast gets in the way of the hops or vice versa. Here, beautifully balanced. A- ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle:   Dirty orangish straw, huge chunks of sediment, large foamy off-white head, nice lacing.   Wow, haven’t seen chunks that big for a while.   Citrusy hop nose, pale floral notes.   Stale and somewhat wet hop to start, a little citrusy.   Not too bitter.   Seems like an aged IPA.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Soft citrus based finish.   A very soft IPA, not too bitter.   Bigger than a pale, but perhaps more of a 3/4 IPA.

Overall very nice white IPA in a bomber bought in long beach, hoppy ipa but that white flavor is spread throughout, good

I don’t know what makes a white IPA but I am not a fan. I tried the one from Alaskan Brewing and hated it. This has a similar taste. I guess I am a traditional hop head. Both of had an overbearing oily taste and texture. White apparently means no caramel. Probably my last one in this style.

Slightly hazy golden, smallish head, some lace/retention. Aroma is citrus, light yeast, some grapefruit, light caramel. Medium to light bodied, moderate to low wheat presence, drinkable.
