COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This is an Australian pale ale with a good malt presence backed up with good Aussie grown hops for flavour and aroma. The Platypus name comes from the duck (us), and the bill, (Willamette hops). The grey is the belly colour of the monotreme and Holden has a Platypus Grey they used on older models. This beer is built for the Australian palate and as with all our beers is preservative free so it can be enjoyed. 4.0% ABV, 23 IBU, 17 EBC
