poured at the brew haus and first drink of night. smokey flavors and scents with light wood chip aroma. octoberfest is typically brewed well here and knew it was new to tap. didnt wow me, but was overall good.

On tap at the Brewpub. Pours an orange amber color with a white head. Aroma of smoke and caramel. Sweet caramel taste with a nice layer of smoke. Really perfect smokiness.

One of my favorite styles and one that I'm easily impressed with. However, this brewery cannot seem to get out of it's own way. Why is it so light? Has a light amber color with a lasting head but that's just about the only good thing I can really say. With the new brewer, I really hope they can get it together.
