On draught at the Black Forest Dining & Spirits in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy dark amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates to a thin ring and spotty lacing. Aroma of floral and medicinal hops, butterscotch, yeast and some dry apple. Taste is medium bodied, with flavors of butterscotch, apple, a hint of yeast and apricot. Finish is slightly gritty and semi-dry, with flavors of tart apple, yeast and a touch of butterscotch. Willing to try again.
