Tap at HL&S - listed as Faust Part 2, but from what I can tell from the Black Fox website, it is the same beer - probably the funkiest, earthiest BF beer so far - very dry, with light mineral texture and bitterness - some dusty, cobweb character - moderate horse blanket funkiness - spicy, peppery finish - liked it quite a bit.

(draft 5/17/11). Cloudy gold color. Medium white head. Light malt aroma, with light citrus and yeast. Flavor of the same, with a strong citrus peel character. Long duration. Dry finish. Slick texture. Moderate carbonation. Spare lacing.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium fizzy white head, medium-short retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy biscuit and straw malt with light spicy hops with barnyard notes and faint citrus notes. Flavor is cereal and straw malt with light spicy hops and light fruity esters and a dry finish. Light body and warmth with medium carbonation.

Hazy light gold, with aromas of Belgo-yeast spice, and some light citrus. Taste is exciting though, A little bit more assertive than most saisons. Starts spicy but blends nicely to a mellow wheat profile. A little too much fizz though. But quite citrusy on the flavor. Clean and refreshing.

On tap @ Trinity. Fairly hazy yellow-orange appearance with a white head. Orange and lemon citrusy, light to medium Belgian yeast, and a touch floral nose. A little floral and some hop bitterness, Belgian yeasty, light barnyard, orange/lemon citrusy saison flavor. Lightly bitter, floral, citrusy finish.
