Had at the All Colorado Beer Festival in Colorado Springs on 11/7/09. Color is a hazy yellow with a bit of orange. Carbonation is good with an average white head. Aroma of citrus and brett. It has a lighter medium body that goes down with a fizzy feel. Finish is a lemon citrus taste with a little coriander then a sour hay taste. Overall its ok for a Saison, just not something I would look for again.

Draught. Big hop character in nose. Golden color with thick white head. Great nose. Belgium yeast esters very apparent on tongue. Great saison--a little out of the box but easy.

On tap at bristol poured a cloudy tarnished gold with a lingering ivory head. Aromas of pine, orange, tangerine, earthiness and light carmel. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of pine, orange, pink grapefruit and light carmel with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

(on tap at Bristol in Colorado Springs). Cloudy rust color. Small white head. Light orange peel aroma. Flavors of coriander and other spices. Moderate hop flavor. Avg duration. Slightly astringent finish. Slick and fizzy texture. Heavy carbonation. Fair lacing.
