Draft @ Trinity Brewing 1/12/10-Pours a dark orangish amber with a medium size head. Aroma of spices(cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg). Taste of the same. This was a nice tasting medium bodied brew with the different spices.

Draft sample at the brewpub - after a couple misses here, I was pleasantly surprised by this one - turbid orange, with a thick, frothy head - earthy, musty, spicy aroma, with some tangy orange and toasted grains - lightly acidic, mildly funky, somewhat phenolic - semi-dry, tart, with a tasty finish - quite a bit of spiciness throughout, with some ginger and cardamom flavors present just enough to add additional depth - a very nice beer.

Draught at Bristol Brewing. Pours cloudy amber-brown with a medium, frothy off-white head, mostly persistent with good lacing. Aroma is grainy malt with earthy hops and yeast. Notes of black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Faint notes of meat near the end. High carbonation, medium body and spicy. Malty and yeasty with good hop balance and use of spices.
