RATINGS: 14 MEAN: 3.79/5.0 WEIGHTED AVG: 3.47 SEASONAL: Special EST. CALORIES: 180 ABV: 6% COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION English: Shaun Hill and Peter Sonne guestbrew at Svaneke Bryghus July 17th. It´s a Black IPA with roughly 70 IBU´s, a good 15 % of rye malt and dominated by Columbus hops, all though there´s also a decent amount of Simcoe found. ABV 6 %. Balanced, full bodied and cleansing bitter, dark beer. Aroma and taste of toffee, dark chocolate, passion fruit, grapefruit and hops. Black Hill refers to the hills behind Shauns Vermont farm, named “The Black Hills”.
