BBF 2010. Ha, whoo, that was unexpected! frementing fruit and wet wood with caster suger coating aroma, and it smell strongly of alcohol. hobnob’s galore!! biscuit times three! Maybe hobnobs in flat coke ??? well i’m sure you get the hint. it’s sweet and tastes of hobnobs ;-) p.s. ruby colour

Cask at Cloisters... lovely ... once again looking at Average, youd think some of you dont like beer :-) ... nice pink copper ... thin an head ... sweet toffee malt with light fruity hop background ... little dry linger ... with just a hint of a hop i dont like showing through.

Cask-conditioned at the Mermaid, St Albans 15/06/09. Reddish amber in colour with a decent, off-white head. Sweet, caramel aroma with some red fruit. Flavour was malty with a hint of syrup and dry finish. Ok.

Cask (handpump) @ Devonshire Cat, Wellington Street, Devonshire Green, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England S1 4HG.
Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, smoked licorice notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft.

[Cask gravity at Heathrow Beer Festival 2008.] Dull gold with a ring of white head; fruity malt aroma; sweet and fruity with a toffee sweetness to finish.

Cask gravity at Ashford Rugby Club BF 2008. Clear chestnut, thin beige head. Malty fruity aroma. Rather good malty fruity best bitter. Some peppery hop on finish. Very tasty. Excellent fruit malt hop mix.

Nice ruby colour. refrehing and nutty although mildly sweet in almost a mild way. rather pleasent.

The Black Horse, Walcote. Thinly lidded ruby beer. Hops juicier and more berryish than the Andromeda, with some strawberry or raspberry-like notes creeping in. Nutty malt, a hint of roast, a splash of Dr Pepper. Ok.

Gravicask, half pint on the second day of London Drinker BF 08. Dark brown body without head. Some notes of hop resin in aroma. Brittle caramel and a touch of roastiness in taste. Yeasty ending - maybe a bit unfinished (13.03.2008).

Cask at the Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Pours a dark reddish-amber with a tight off-white head. Aroma is malt, roasted, berries. A little watery and sweet, but does dry out pleasantly with some roasty astringency at the end.
