Fresh hop leafiness. Another pale gold, hoppily citrussy summer quencher. leaparsons (4057), Leicester, Leicestershire, England Sep 26, 2007 Cask, Burton Fest 07. Light gold with a small head. Aromas are very fruity with sweet lemon. Some marmalade with spritzy, fresh hops. Flavours ar initially buttery with some nuttiness. Sweet lemon with hoppy, floral notes. A bit syrupy. Dry and bitter on the finish with some acidicy. Rastacouere (5418), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Sep 21, 2007 Light amber pour topped by a lasting off-white head. Interesting bright floral, leafy and almost minty aroma that envelops the mellow sandy, earthy and dried caramel like malts. Pretty good balance, easy-drinking mouthfeel. Not the most distinguished, but a well-executed pint. fonefan (5507), Ulfborg, Denmark Aug 20, 2007 Cask (handpump) @ Wellington, B2, Birmingham.
