Aloof, shy and graceful describes Angel, whose image is on this label. American White is brewed with two-row barley, wheat and oats for a silky, refreshing beer. Coriander is added for an aromatic finish.

Clear amber with a thin white cap. Smell is herbal with aloe vera, coriander, wheat and grains. Taste is sour and peppery with yeast, coriander, pepper and grains.

Bottle from motortoddhead...thanks Todd! - Pours hazy deep amber with a small foamy off-white head. Plastic nose with an odd mikly note and lightly sweet malt. Not pleasant. Caramel taste with astringent notes and a dusty, yeasty finish. Tastes off, smells off--just wrong. Eww. Think I got a bad bottle.

Sampled on draught at the 2010 Great Northern Beer Festival in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden pale colored brew with a thick and creamy white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of Kellogg’s fruit loops breakfast cereal, some coriander, multi-grain malt, and a hint of yeast. Taste is medium bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of golden multi-grain malt, coriander, some yeast and a hint of banana. Finish is semi-dry with a nice balanced coriander and yeast aftertaste. Definitely an American style wit than a Belgian wit ale.
