COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a combination of a traditional Hefeweiss aged on tart Door County cherries. This superior beer is quite refreshing and filling that Shad, our kennel celebrity and Iditarod finisher, who finds himself quite superior, in on the label.

Big weissen head,as would be expected,a quick nick of airplane glue, followed by the bubble gum German Weiss ester, followed by the jowl gushing tartness and sweetness of the cherries, and settling into cherry banana aroma, very pleasant, flavor is an initial cherry Lemony wheat clash, and deceiding they can both live together harmonize to a refreshing fruity tangy and yet somewhat dry summer quencher. If you concentrate, you can enjoy the cherry tang, or else the lemon like zing of the wheat, they are both there The 7% + ABV just hinted at. The finish is smooth and dry,and leaves the most satisfying taste in your mouth. Probaly the most drinkable ,thirst eliminating beer you can find in a 22oz bomber. Perfect picnic brew

Received a 22-oz bomber via trade with esjaygee. Pours a hazy golden colored brew with a thick off-white head that has some excellent lacing and retention. Aroma of tart cherries, banana esters, a hint of bubble gum and golden grain malt. Taste is medium bodied, tart cherry at first and then a lemon/golden gain malt flavor and mild yeast. Finish continues a metallic tart cherry and golden grain malt. Very little bitterness but the tart cherry aftertaste remains.

Cloudy dark amber with a lark pinkish slowly fading head. Aroma of cherry, wheat in a sour and tart mix with some fruity yeast behind it but no banana/clove/esters you’d get from a hefe. Taste is tart and sour with wheat, light fruit and mild cherry. Full bodied with a semi-metallic aftertaste.
