Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden in color with a small off-white head. Citrus, floral and a bit of caramel in aroma. Slightly floral notes in taste with grassy hops as well being there. A bit of orange peel in taste too.

Pale ale, icke IPA, vilket gör den mer lättdrucken. Trevlig liten beska o en längre eftersmak gör den helt OK.

Light golden pour, small film of white foam. Faint notes of melon and citrus. Tastes mellow citrus and tropical fruits. Light body and medium carbonation.

Keg at Holyrood 9a. Amber orange, with thin crown of white foam. Very sweet peach in the aroma, brioche, and floral notes too. Taste has sweet peach, lightly floral notes, sweet biscuity malt. Low bitterness. Thin mouthfeel. Sweet and slightly cloying aftertaste. Decent.

ersma: die brauerei baut das bio-getreide für ihr bier selbst an. mehr bio geht nicht.
rot-braun mit mittelviel schaum, der stabiler sein könnte.
der geruch ist röstmalzig und leicht fruchtig.
der antrunk ist bitter und röstmalzig mit leichter zitrusnote. die mitte ist leicht malzig und bringt noch mehr bitterkeit mit. der abgang ist hopfenbetont, hier kommen deutlichere fruchtaromen hevor, etwas zitrus, grapefruit. dazu kräuternoten. dazu malzige süße und karamell. langer nachhall.
die flasche ist ansehnlich.
fazit: schönes pale ale, das zum ende richtig gas gibt. probierenswert.

A nice amber color with no head. It is a little sweet up front and gives a nice little hop at the finish.

Pours nicely dark amber with small white head. Nose has (with a cold) some sweetness and citrus. Taste has more of this sweetness and a pleasant hoppiness in the beginning. The finish is a bit abrupt - too dry and sour somehow. Body is a bit oily and this doesn’t work well with the finish. Not unpleasant but promises more on the nose than it delivers.
