A true pale ale. The full body and rich gold colour comes from a blend of wheat, pale ale and crystal malts. It’s floral and lime citrus nose is created by the extensive use of carefully selected New World aroma hops. The final stage of dry hopping then produces a rich berry flavour for a big refreshing, satisfying brew.

Good aroma, good taste, decent palate. But in all, a very good beer! Definitely one of the few cases where the sum is greater than the parts! Very interesting beer.

Really good pale ale. Isn't trying to be a light IPA if anything it tastes like a pilsner and feels like an ale. Citrus and pine but no tannin and no skunk. Great summer ale.

Bottled. Pours rich amber witb loose white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is berries, tropical fruit and some toffee. Taste is dominated by toffee maltiness, some biscuit notes, and a little herbal bite. Medium-full body and slightly slick mouthfeel. Nice beer.

Bottle from Fyne Wines, Argyll. Burnished-copper colour with flat head. Nutmeg spiced orange and soured-milk aromas. Soft texture on palate, almost creamy but with slight tingle; flavours of rich ginger and oats with exotic peachy undertones. Pleasant, easy-drinking Pale Ale.
