COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true pale ale. The full body and rich gold colour comes from a blend of wheat, pale ale and crystal malts. It’s floral and lime citrus nose is created by the extensive use of carefully selected New World aroma hops. The final stage of dry hopping then produces a rich berry flavour for a big refreshing, satisfying brew.

Clear deep copper color, good beige head. Aroma has some metal and nutty hoppyness. Light bodied, but good robust palate. Some caramel, nutty hoppyness, bready maltyness. Finish is quite short. Solid pale ale, nothing special but very well-brewed.

Fruity aroma and a slightly dry aftertaste, but not very strong. A really nice pale ale that isn’t complex but tastes delicious

Bottle. Amber color, lasting off-white head. Grassy hop aroma. Bitter flavor with a malty center, lots of hops and a hint of cookies and grapefruit. Slighly off balance in the finish. Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Not bad, if not the world's best example of the style.

A orange beer with a medium, but quickly decreasing, white head. Aroma is surprise, tropical fruits, peaches, hint of papaiyas, some sweetness and some pine needles. Taste is fruitfull, peaches, biscuity maltas, unfortunately slightly musty aftertaste. A medium bodied, nicely to drink. Nice, tropical fruity aroma, some mistakes in the taste. Easy to enjoy, enough of aromatic nuancees.

Pours a copper colour with a white head. Loads of visible bubbles. Aroma of biscuity malts and floral hops. Flavour of biscuity malts, floral hops, dried fruits, citrus and some caramel. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a bitter, slightly fruity finish. Refreshing.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 05/2013
Aroma is sweetish with caramel, some biscuits and fruity hops. Also hints of vanilla. Flavour is sweetish with vanilla, caramel, biscuits, fruity hops. Nice, although a bit too sweet. A hybrid of English Pale Ale and Golden Ale – I wonder why this is ’Traditional’?

Pours clear copper color with a huge foamy head. Aroma of british hops, fruits, caramel, biscuits and nuts. Flavor of mild malts, biscuits, nutty notes, dry hay, mild lemon notes and some nettle and goose berry hints. Very dry and mildly bitter palate. The hops don’t quite work for me.
