COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true pale ale. The full body and rich gold colour comes from a blend of wheat, pale ale and crystal malts. It’s floral and lime citrus nose is created by the extensive use of carefully selected New World aroma hops. The final stage of dry hopping then produces a rich berry flavour for a big refreshing, satisfying brew.

Bottle at RBESG 2007. A bit like a Belgian ale. It’s golden and has that peachy flavour. Yes, it’s pretty good.

My favorite of the black isle beers. Sampled and purchased at the brewery. Unfiltered and yeasty with the brewery’s typical light acidity. Sweet and fruity.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Orangey coloured, hazy, some floaties visible, small off-white head, sticking to the glass; sweetis fruity nose (oranges, orange-zests) - like in Belgium - with some bitterness acting in the background; medium-bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, sorrounded by a light acidity; zesty, fruity, tart and bitter finish. a good ale in the belgian tradition...........

Aroma has loads of yeast, dry fruitynes swith grassy hints. Taste against very yeasty, orange peel spice over a honey body, there couldnt be hints of candy sugar.
