UPDATED: JUN 1, 2011 pale yellow, clear w/ steady bubbles fun nose. nice honey and heather aromas. heather tames the honey in a good way thin body and barely fizzy taste is primarily heather. honey doesn’t come out much so it is mainly a heather beer i think this is better than Williams Brothers Fraoch

Bottle at Cloisters... Huge thanks to the staff for sharing this one ... slighly clowdy amber ... sweet fruity honey nose ... huge honey front .. quite bitter ... little pine resins ... bubblegum and banana with a little grapefruit.
