Black pour with a lasting, frothy, 2 finger, tan head. Lots of coffee aroma balanced with cocoa powder, and hints of dark fruit and brown sugar. The flavor is nice freshly pressed dark roast coffee upfront with creamy dark chocolate, a hint of plum and moderate bitterness on the finish. Oily, full mouthfeel with moderate carbonation.

MiWB Fest 2010: Nearly black with a rocky tan head. The aroma has notes of big coffee vapours along with some chocolate, roast, hint of berries and a dusty yeast esters. The taste start with a bitter cold pressed coffee with some sweet malts and dark fruits but is also short and mostly one-tone. The body is far too thin and weak. Despite the nice nose this brew is disappointing on the palate.
