3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 JaBier (3212) - Capital City, USA - JUL 26, 2011
Sample at the brewpub on 7/23/11. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Stone fruit aroma with wheat and banana notes. Stone fruit and wheat malt flavor with a bit of tartness and some banana before an apricot finish.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 papsdatank (47) - Michigan, USA - JUL 23, 2011
Pours a hazy golden color with a creamy white lead that leaves some decent lacing. The smell is a definite apricot with a slight bit of wheat. The taste follows the nose, they went a little bit overboard with the apricot, it doesn’t blend with the other flavors it just sits on top. The palate is creamy and refreshing, pretty good. Overall this isn’t bad but it could be better, it’s a good beer to get the wife or girlfriend.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 j12601 (4415) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 12, 2010
Pouring at the Michigan Brewers Festival during RBSG. Pours a hazed gold, milky, with a thin white head. Soft apricot, nice too, smells like real apricots instead of the artificial stuff that a lot of apricot beers end up smelling like. Light wheat, sweetness. Gentle wheat on the finish. Not too bad.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 aaaaaaaaaah (64) - Warren, Michigan, USA - FEB 12, 2009
1/12/09 On tap at Black Lotus. Creamy and frothy white head with excellent lacing. Aroma of apricot with Belgian yeast. Flavor is like the aroma, apricot and Belgian yeast throughout. Body is light with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Not a big fan of yeast.
3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 Aggie80 (741) - Michigan, USA - DEC 2, 2007
Very nice flavor, the apricot being strong without being overpowering. The color is a golden color with a touch of orangeness to it. Good wheat esters that work well with the fruit. Sweet, but not overpowering.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Pailhead (3435) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - JUL 14, 2007
On tap: The aroma is loaded with sweet apricot. It’s a mostly transpent orangish-brown with a moderate off-white head. There’s lots of apricot flavor up front. It finishes with a light lemon tartness and faint grassiness. A little too much on the sweet side for my tastes.
