When we first introduced “Aftermath” in our tasting room, we were looking to produce a drinkable Pale Ale that wasn’t just a reproduction of everyone else’s Pale Ale. We succeeded in creating ours with a unique blend of 5 hop varieties to produce a pale with HUGE hop aroma and flavor, without the bitterness of an IPA.
Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Mosaic
Malt: Pale, Munich

Pale amber colored, unclear, small floaters, medium- white head, nice lacing. Aroma is of caramel malt, floral piney and citrus hops. Taste is medium sweet caramel malt background, floral, light pine, and citrus grapefruity moderate hoppiness and bitterness, dry finish and long lasting aftertaste. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation. It’s light and very drinkable yet quite hoppy, everything it should be. (can, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte)

Can from Beer Gonzo webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home Sunday 17th January 2016 Gold in colour, some haziness, a mid sized white head atop. Citrussy with pithiness (lemon or grapefruit), lovely juicy beer, hops very punchy, the finish is dry. I agree with the deScription, it is very drinkable. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Pours two fingers of head on a hazy straw body. The aroma is a rich and danky grapefruit and pine smell. The taste threatens big bitterness, pulls up short with a nice touch of pine bitterness, then malty sweet middle to finish. The texture is crisp. Great aroma and nice flavor.

Can at ChrisO’s Pre-Christmas Tasting. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is soft, fresh, stone fruits, apricot, peach, stewed orange, tangerine, honeysuckle and some light herbal notes. The taste is bitter, earthy, orange peel, tangerine, pity, zesty citrus, floral notes and some herbal character on the back end. Medium body and average carbonation. There is a dull herbal note that puts me off a bit. Overall decent enough.
