When we first introduced “Aftermath” in our tasting room, we were looking to produce a drinkable Pale Ale that wasn’t just a reproduction of everyone else’s Pale Ale. We succeeded in creating ours with a unique blend of 5 hop varieties to produce a pale with HUGE hop aroma and flavor, without the bitterness of an IPA.
Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Mosaic
Malt: Pale, Munich

Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, fairly sweet, with light mineral dryness and more pine. OK. (December 2013, score: 3.4)

Can shared at the chriso and Ruth pre-Christmas / post-Pigs Ear holiday tasting of 2015 - London. Cheers! Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. Nice pissy and dank hop aroma, some tangerine, grass and pine. Light sweet flavour with notes of pine needles, mango, melon, sweat and grapefruit. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous to close out, with further melon, mango and citrus fruits. Very good stuff. Fresh and vibrant. (6 December 2015, score: 3.8)

can from The Bottle Shop London and drunk at home. Hazy gold lasting white head. Big fresh pink grapefruit aroma. A little malt backbone but then a big hoppy leafy finish. Big and fresh huge hop. I mean it’s a lovely big wonderful APA, with some caramel. Excellent.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours golden amber with a foamy off-white head. Aroma has lots of hop- a bit dank with citrus. Med body or nearly. Flavor is very hoppy with a little roasty malt backbone. Dank, citrus, and maybe other hop type flavors. It is really hoppy. Excellent.

Can at ChrisO’s Pre-Christmas Tasting. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is soft, fresh, stone fruits, apricot, peach, stewed orange, tangerine, honeysuckle and some light herbal notes. The taste is bitter, earthy, orange peel, tangerine, pity, zesty citrus, floral notes and some herbal character on the back end. Medium body and average carbonation. There is a dull herbal note that puts me off a bit. Overall decent enough.

Pours a kind of murky, bright orange appearance with a lastin off white head. Aroma is really nice, lots of tangerine, mango, tropical fruits, and some spicy hops. A little bit bready flavor and moderately high bitterness, but tons of delicious tropical fruity notes, especially mango. Somewhat bitter finish. Fairly well balanced. Nice brew.

22 oz bottle. Bottled 01/31/2014. (El Cerrito Liquors) Corona, CA. This is not exactly fresh bottle but... let's see. Clear golden colour with a tiny white ring. The aroma is caramel sweetness, fruity hops and mild bitterness. Passable. The flavour is fruity hops, mild bitterness, earthy notes and some maltiness. Doesn't taste that fresh. What a shame. But it's drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
