9.5%ABV. Double IPA. Tapped out amber. 14ºSRM. Nose has rich ripe citrus aroma spiked with some pine freshness. Sweet nose overall. Very inviting. Mouthfeel is soapy, almost watery in front. Palate has sweet roasted malt flavor, you get maple syrup sweet, honey, graham cracker fullness. The palate is actually also rounded and has an almost umami body to it in the middle. Hops flavor is pine, grass, vegetal bitter of bitter melon, some resinous flavors as well. Aggressive hop palate. Medium long finish with the bitter melon lingering at the back of the throat and slowly fading into a slighty spicy fresh citrus peel like feeling with the bitter, there is a bit of acid bite with a bit of numbness and a slightly oily texture to it. Goes on Favorites List!
