Nearly clear yellow. Cucumber sweetness. No bitterness, little malt. Unimpressive.

On draught at the brewpub, adjacent to the brewery in Cave Creek, AZ. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a creamy slow dissolving white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of light bready malt, a touch of citrus zest. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with a watery citrus grain malt flavor. Finish is crisp, clean cut with no aftertaste what-so-ever. A typical diet beer.

Had this on tap at their brewery...not very good. Pours very light with not much head...very little lacing. Hop character lacking, malt character shines through, but nothing to write home about. Very bland, but normal light lager. Would rather a Bud Select anyday.

12 oz. bottle my brother picked up from the brewery this past Winter - Pours a clear light golden color with a one finger thick white head. Light spotty lacing. Lively carbonation. Flavor and aroma is diacetyl. Medium body. Not bad.

Aroma was skunky. Good gold color to the body. Had a very small fizzy head that was gone in 30 seconds. Got a bitter beer face at first gulp. Good thing I was using this for dinner wash.

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2003 The beer pours the prototypical lager golden yellow with a modest white head, frothy in texture and a bright white in color. Nose is citrus crisp, fresh and clean, somewhat sweet like the start, top is thin in feel. Finish has a prickly acidity, the hops are mild as one would expect and the aftertaste dry and lingering. In all honesty lagers and pilsners are not my style of beer, but it is a drinkable beer as it thirst quenching and made for the hot desert summers.
