Dec 10, 2007 On draught at the brewpub, adjacent to the brewery in Cave Creek, AZ. Pours a clear light copper amber brew with a creamy off-white head that has some good retention and lacing. Aroma of light caramel malt, a touch of citrus and some apple juice. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with a caramel and apple malt flavor with just a hint of citrus zest. Finish is slightly bitter with a sweet caramel aftertaste.

May 31, 2007 Pours a nice amber color...and thats it. No head, no lacing, no aromas, no bitterness, no malt character....extremely bland, except for that bad taste it leaves in your mouth. Not good at all! Bad actually!

Apr 23, 2007 12 oz. bottle part of a mixed 12er from my brother in Mesa - Pours a clear amber color with a one finger thick off white head. Head fades pretty quick. Very light spotty lacing. Aroma is a toasted malt with a touch of diacetyl. Flavor is much of the same. Medium body. Worth a try, I guess.

Apr 19, 2006 At Black Mountain brewpub. Light amber in color with no head. Faint sweet malt aroma in the nose. Light bodied, with a touch of carbonation and sweet malt flavors. Boring and weak.

Jun 11, 2005 Bottle poured a nice dark amber with very little head or lacing.
Aroma is all malt and very sweet.
Flavor is sweet malt with maybe just a hint of hops.
Finishes with a metalic, very bland aftertaste.
