Cask, Black Oak Tap Takeover at Volo. Sep. 18. Pours a murky orange with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast and fruit. Flavour of wheat, fruit and a light bitter finish. Medium bodied. An enjoyable Wheat.

On cask at Volo (at Black Oak Tap Takeover for 2012 Toronto Beer Week). Pours a murky orange with modest-sized whiteish head. Aroma is sweet biscuit, caramel and citrus. Flavour is sweet chewy wheat, modest caramel and light orange/lemon. Lightish bitterness in finish. Nice.

Aroma soft sweetness , bit sugary with mild hop backing. Hinted peach rhubarb. Pleasant.
Appearance murky amber with medium bright white top. Some lace shown.3+
Flavor and Palate : peach with soft funk . soft creamy feel , low carbonation. Oak cask notes with medium low hop profile. Long finish. Good brewing.

2012-09-18. Very hazy orange body with a small beige head and lace. 3+ Flavour is quite interesting, sweet, citrusy with an interesting tangy quality to it, very lightly bitter, lightly yeasty.
