Commercial Description:
This is our flagship beer. Medium body, beautiful golden colour, good mouth feel and a refreshing hop finish. We use six selected malts and five different kinds of premium hops. This recipe is secret, but the Pale Ale is very tasty and hoppy.

Pours a clear deep golden with a puffy white head. Aroma has some mild caramel and a touch of hops. Body starts light with a mild grainy adjunct flavor turning more slightly sweet before a crisp and well-balanced subtly hopped finish. Drinkable, but not exciting.

A good, solid Pale Ale. Great hoppy nose, clear to medium body, crisp finish, noticeable hops afterwards as well. Not extraordinary, but well done. Would love to try it cask – Most beers I have tried from this brewery go from being good to very good in their cask form.

Nice hop, malt balance. Much dryer finish than other notable Canadian pale ales. A great session ale.

Golden with minimal head. Light butterscotch & malt noise, faintly hoppy. Light malt, bitter hops with a sweet finish.

Golden colour with thin head. Nice citrus nose with some hops. Very nice rich citrus with some hops and some good malt in mouth. The hops came especially nice all around the mouth and in psot taste, a nice biscuitty flavour. Good stuff.

Golden amber color, moderate white head, firm. Nice citrus hop aroma. Flavor is predominantly hoppy with some grainy malt coming up on the rear. Medium body. Not bad, thanks jercraigs.

Clear orange/brown color, with a nice medium white head. Aroma is hoppy with some earthy malt elements as well. Flavor is light but well balanced. Good malty body with some crisp citrusy hops balancing it out. Not extraordinary but a solid APA. Thanks jercraigs.

That's the ish right thurr. It has a nice grassy aroma, and a summery, citrusy kick that's followed up with earthy hoppiness. It's like eating dirt ... in a, um, good way.
