COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our flagship beer. Medium body, beautiful golden colour, good mouth feel and a refreshing hop finish. We use six selected malts and five different kinds of premium hops. This recipe is secret, but the Pale Ale is very tasty and hoppy.

A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet grainy, while the flavor is sweet with a dry hoppy end. An average beer.

Deep golden coloured. Sweetish, medium bodied, bitter. Good beer, but perhaps unexciting.

Bottled@SBWF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is honey, fruits, some grass and slight caramel. Flavour is likewise with some citrusfruits coming in quite strong.

The brewery says it shipped its first kegs in January, 2000. That’s why I was drinking this in November 1999, right? Say what you want about the Winking Judge, but they get the new beers first. Anyway, this is quite hoppy, but quite lacking in malt balance. They should put it on cask, too.

Hazy blond color. Quite plain Pale Ale, with simple aroma, malt too, not too complex flavor either, but good bitterness. For beginners.

Bottle at RBESG 2007. Gold colour with thin white head. Decent citrus, bit of odd yeat. OK pale beer.

Light copper brown color, small white head. Light bready nose. Pale malts, some bready notes, then some grapefruit. Good clean pale ale, propably very good session beer.

Good looking beer, deep golden body with nice head. Minimal cascade aroma, OK taste, nice bitter swallow. Not a stand out beer.
