Commercial Description:
This is our flagship beer. Medium body, beautiful golden colour, good mouth feel and a refreshing hop finish. We use six selected malts and five different kinds of premium hops. This recipe is secret, but the Pale Ale is very tasty and hoppy.

On tap at Bow. Very good pale ale. Great mouth feel. Could be a little stronger. Could use more hops and malt. Still a very good session beer.

Pours gold with a thin head. Aroma is caramel maltiness with some woody, fruity hop. Flavour is very nice fruity and resinous/piney hop with a medium toasty caramel malt body and a dry bitter finish.

On tap at Rebel. Pours a clear yellow gold with medium-sized lasting white head; decent retention. Hoppy aroma (pine) with notes of grass and light maltiness. Hops prominent in taste with nice pale malt balance and a light grassiness, maybe a hint of citrus. Crisp finish. Very tasty - this has been my go-to session beer for several years now.

Great flavour, lots of hops and very tasty. Good mouth feel, fairly strongly carbonated but it suits the taste pretty well. Very drinkable as well, could definitely polish off enough of these in a night. Definitely not the most complex/interesting beer I’ve ever had but a great taste for sure.

Draught at the Bow & Arrow, Toronto, Canada on 7th June 2008. Very dry, hoppy and bitter. For UK drinkers, treat Milton Sparta as a reference beer.

Great mouth-engaging feel of rounded but bitter hops and full but not sticky malts. Grassy and citrus, bit of caramel, highly drinkable ’session pale’. Great standard fridge item that grows on you, I swear.

Pretty good. Drinkable and well balanced. I wish it was hopped a whole lot more but cest la vie. I think that’s french for kinda boring.

On tap. I can’t believe I haven’t rated this before!! App: golden with no visible carbonation and a tiny white head. Aroma: sugar and grass with hops and malt. Flavour: bitter and grassy a hint of lime and malt, not bad.
